Hello, I’m Andreas Freimüller from nowtec solutions. We and several other companies in our group have been using Bexio for years and we are very happy with it.
What we have never been completely happy with are the reports that Bexio provides as standard. That’s why we’ve developed an app in recent months, nowBI, which is also available to you from this week on the Bexio Marketplace.
You can create an instance of nowBI with just a few clicks and test it free of charge for 30 days. The data import from Bexio is triggered automatically as soon as the instance has been created.
For nowBI, we rely on Metabase, a well-known analysis server software that can be used for many other purposes. With nowBI, you have a selection of standard reports that can visualise all the data that Bexio provides. These can also be easily customised to fit your business exactly.
You can therefore display project times, project margins, team utilisation, cash flow, i.e. all parameters where data from Bexio is available.
## Pricing and customisation options
The pricing is 50 francs per month. Of particular interest is the customisation option, with which we can adapt the reports exactly to your needs or create new ones.
## Expansion options
This is not the end of the story. Other data sources can also be output in nowBI, for example
– Data from online advertising
– Data from AdWords campaigns
– Social media data
– Any data from other sources that can be brought in
CRM data can also be added to gain a comprehensive 360-degree view for the management of your company.
